Shipping

    • Our goal is to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.

    • In some cases, order processing may take up to 3 business days.

    • For urgent orders, please contact us. We'll do our best to expedite.

  • We ship from Melbourne, Australia, using Australia Post.

    Free standard shipping is available at checkout for orders over $100.00 that are delivered within Australia.

    We offer flat rate shipping based on your chosen option:

    Standard Shipping ($12.00): Vic 2-4 business days, Interstate 3-6 business days

    Express Shipping ($16.00): Vic 1-2 business days, Interstate 1-3 business days

    Rural deliveries may take longer.

    Free standard shipping is for orders over $100.00 (Australia only).

    You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

    You can find current delivery timeframes on the Australia Post website. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

    Delays may be experienced at busy times of the year or unforeseen events. We're not responsible for delays.

    All parcels have "Authority To Leave" in a safe place unless otherwise specified via your Australia Post tracking email or My Post account. (If the delivery driver deems the location as not safe the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office collection point).

    Unclaimed/undelivered parcels returned will be reshipped at your expense.

    We're not liable for stolen parcels once a parcel has been delivered.

    • We currently offer Standard International Shipping to New Zealand, UK, Ireland and Europe.

    • Contact us for shipping quotes to other international locations.

    • We ship internationally using Australia Post and their delivery partners.

    • Standard International Shipping Rates ($AUD) are:

      • New Zealand: $30.00

      • Europe, Ireland and United Kingdom $65.00

      • All pricing displayed is charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

      • Delivery times vary by destination. You can find current international delivery timeframes on the Australia Post website.

    • PLEASE NOTE WHEN ORDERING FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY At checkout, the order will initially only show Australian shipping options. Once you select your country from the country drop down list and enter the address, the cost for your region will be displayed.

    • You'll receive a tracking number via email after your order is dispatched.

    • We're not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or their providers.

    • Unclaimed/undelivered parcels returned will be reshipped at your expense.

    • We're not responsible if you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, or if incorrect information is given at checkout.

    • You may incur foreign currency charges from your bank for international orders placed outside of Australia.

Returns

    • You may request to return items for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

    • Items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging.

    • To initiate a return, please email info@haraaromaco.com to obtain authorisation.

    • Once authorised, securely pack the item and mail it to the provided address at the time of authorisation.

    • You are responsible for return shipping charges and using a trackable shipping method.

    • We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return.

    • Items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging.

    • If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

    • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

    • Used items are not accepted for returns.

    • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
